MY STORY

Hello, my name is Renata. I am a certified BASI Pilates instructor. BASI is a contemporary Pilates school founded by Rael Isacowitz and based in Newport Beach, CA. Rael Isacowitz is a world-renowned Pilates teacher studying the method with legends such as Ron Fletcher and Kathy Grant. I had the privilege of trying exercises with many great instructors from around the world, but when choosing a school for myself, I knew it had to be BASI.

I started my professional Pilates journey in 2016 at Natasha Eyber's studio in Munich, afterwards I studied the Pilates method in Amsterdam and Dubai. Graduated in 2020 and a year later took part in BASI LEGACY program. I am constantly improving my qualifications, for myself and for my wonderful clients.

I had the pleasure of teaching and working at Pilates House in Munich, Movement Practise in Amsterdam, Sol Pilates in Dubai and Nashe Studio in Warsaw.  After returning to Poland, I realized that it was the right time to open my own small and cozy place.

Welcome to Pilates Garage. The studio is equipped with the latest BASI Systems Pilates equipment. I work with pregnant and postpartum women. I have completed Pilates for injuries and pathologies course. I work with athletes.
