MY STORY

Hi, I’m Renata, a certified BASI Pilates instructor and educator, currently based in Cape Town, South Africa.

My professional Pilates journey began in Munich in 2016 and has since taken me around the world. After completing my BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training and the BASI Legacy Programme, I continued developing my passion for movement, teaching, and education.

​

I have  taught in various studios and locations, and later opened my own boutique studio Pilates-Garage in Warsaw. In 2025, I joined BASI Pilates Faculty team and have since been teaching course across Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. 

​

My approach to Pilates is inclusive and adaptable, welcoming athletes, pregnant and postpartum and individuals with wide range of physical needs.
